As a result of the drug searches previously reported on September 5, three adults have been charged with a variety of drug related offences.
Twenty-nine-year-old Christopher Enns of East Chezzetcook has been charged with:- 2 counts of trafficking CDSA 5(1)- 2 counts of possession for the purpose CDSA 5(2)- 1 count of production of a substance CDSA 7(1)- 1 count of proceeds of crime CCC8(2)(a)- 2 counts of breaching an undertaking CCC 145(3)Enns remains in police custody at this time.Fourty-seven-year-old Sherri Reeve of East Chezzetcook has been charged with :- 2 counts of trafficking CDSA 5(1)- 2 counts of possession for the purpose CDSA 5(2)- 1 count of production of a substance CDSA 7(1)- 1 count of proceeds of crime CCC8(2)(a)- 2 counts of breaching an undertaking CCC 145(3)Reeve remains in police custody at this time.A 40-year-old man from the Timberlea area has been released from police custody and will appear in court at a later date facing several drug-related charges. A fourth adult man taken into custody during the searches was released without charge.
