Friday, June 2, 2017 (Halifax, NS) – The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents and motorists that bridge inspections will take place Monday, Tuesday, and Friday of next week.
- Monday, June 5 – Lanes will be narrowed on the Cogswell Street Interchange ramps from 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.
- Tuesday, June 6 – Lane drops will be in effect on Barrington Street underneath the MacKay Bridge from 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.
- Friday, June 9 – Lane drops will be in effect on Barrington Street near the MacKay Bridge from 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.
Traffic safety personnel will direct motorists, pedestrians and cyclists around the worksite, as needed.
Motorists should expect delays in the area and are asked to take alternative routes, if possible.
