Monday, Aug. 29, 2016 (Halifax, NS) – The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents and motorists that road construction will take place today, Aug. 29 and Tuesday, Aug. 30, on Cornwallis Street, from Barrington Street to North Park Street.
Crews will be on-site each day from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The traffic control lights along this section of Cornwallis Street will be turned off to accommodate this work. There will be stop and go traffic, and traffic control personnel will be on-site.
Motorists should expect delays and are advised to take alternative routes, wherever possible.
The municipality regrets any inconvenience this work may cause.
