Police responded to a call of a dangerous driver in the north end of Halifax at approximately 11:30 pm July 17. The area was checked and the vehicle was located on the Bedford Highway in the area of Flamingo Drive.
The occupants of the vehicle fled on foot. K9 conducted a track and one male was located.
This adult male will be charged with trespassing by night.
