A man faces a drug charge after a search warrant was executed on August 15 in Halifax.

At 8:30 p.m., officers assigned to the Drug Unit of the Integrated Criminal Investigation Division conducted the search of an apartment in the 0-100 block of Bedros Lane. Officers seized a quantity of cocaine and drug paraphernalia during the search.

A 24-year-old Halifax man was arrested at the scene and faces a charge of possession of drugs. He has been released from custody and will appear in Halifax Provincial Court at a later date.
