Shortly after 1 a.m., officers assigned to the HRP/RCMP Integrated Drug Unit executed a search warrant at an apartment in the 0-100 block of Camelot Lane. Officers seized a quantity of marijuana, cocaine and drug paraphernalia. Two men were arrested at the scene without incident.
A 79-year-old man and a 52-year-old man, both from Halifax, are each charged with one count of possession of drugs for the purpose of trafficking. They were released from custody and will appear in Halifax Provincial Court at a later date.
