Two men and a woman face charges after a drug search in Halifax last night.

At 9:50 p.m., officers in the Drug Unit of the Integrated Criminal Investigation Division executed a search warrant at an apartment in the 5400 block of Inglis Street. Officers seized a quantity of cocaine, marijuana, cash, drug paraphernalia and a firearm. The three suspects were arrested at the scene without incident.

Fifty-year-old Robert Calnen of Halifax faces one count each of possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking, possession of marihuana for the purpose of trafficking, possession of morphine for the purpose of trafficking, unsafe storage of firearm, possession of a weapon for dangerous purpose and possession of a prohibited weapon as well as two counts of breach of probation. Twenty-year-old Onysha Butler of Williamswood faces one count each of possession of cocaine and possession of marihuana for the purpose of trafficking, and 38-year-old Sid Khouni of Halifax faces one count of possession of marihuana for the purpose of trafficking. All three were held in custody overnight and were scheduled to appear in Halifax Provincial Court this morning.
