(10:05 a.m.)A woman faces charges after a drug search yesterday in Halifax.
At 8:30 p.m., officers assigned to the HRP/RCMP Integrated Drug Unit executed a search warrant at an apartment in the 5200 block of Richmond Street. Officers seized a quantity of hydromorphone, marijuana, and cash.
A 28-year-old woman from Halifax was arrested at the scene. She faces charges of possession of drugs and possession of drugs for the purpose of trafficking. She was released from custody and will appear in Halifax Provincial Court on July 9.
