On January 13, at 7 p.m. East Patrol members conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle on Bedford Street at Elmwood Avenue in Dartmouth. As a result officers smelled marihuana and arrested the two occupants. Officers located a quantity of marihuana and 4 cell phones. Two men, both 18-years-old from Dartmouth were released to appear in court at a later date to face charges of Possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking.
