Tuesday, Sept. 6, 2016 (Halifax, NS) – The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents and motorists that beginning on Wednesday, Sept. 7 and continuing until Friday, Sept. 9, there will be stop and go traffic on the Fall River Road, from MacPherson Road to Highway 2.
Crews will be on-site each day from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. installing guiderails in relation to the McQuarrie Bridge project. Pedestrian access will be maintained at the bridge.
Motorists should expect delays in the area and are asked to use alternative routes, whenever possible.
The municipality apologizes for any inconvenience this road work may cause.
