At approximately 1:36 a.m., police responded to a break and enter in progress at the Superstore Gas Bar located at 3601 Joseph Howe Drive in Halifax. Upon arrival, officers arrested a man who is being held for court in the morning to face charges of attempt break & enter, possession of break-in tools and a several breaches of a court order. A second suspect believed to be involved in the incident remains at large at this time.
