At 10:50 p.m., Central Division patrol members responded to a report of a suspicious person possibly attempting to break into a vacant resident in the 3700 block of Bright Street in Halifax. A 47- year-old man was arrested without incident nearby and will be charged with trespass by night and five counts of breach of probation. He will appear in Halifax provincial court on Monday.
