At 1:30 a.m., officers responded to a report of a man breaking into vehicles in the area of Windstone Close in Bedford. With the assistance of the K-9 Unit, officers located a 36-year-old man on Royal Mast Way. He was in possession of electronics that had been stolen from several vehicles. Officers were able to identify some of the property but are requesting the assistance of the public for further identification. The suspect was held in police custody charged with two counts of theft and possession under $5000, two counts of breaching an undertaking and two counts of breaching a recognizance.
