At 7:37 p.m., police responded to Bishops Landing, 1475 Lower Water Street, regarding a suspicious item lodged between the rocks of the seawall on the north side of the marina. The item was underwater and responding officer weren't able to dislodged it. A decision was made to wait until the tide had receded to make another attempt and the area was cordoned off as a precaution. The next morning, officers were successul in removing the item which is believed to be some type of explosive fastening anchor.
