At approximately 1:50 p.m., a male party entered the TD Canada Trust located at 590 Portland Street, approached the teller and handed her a note demanding the cash. There was no weapon indicated or seen. Before the teller could do anything, the male then turned and walked out of the bank. He was last seen walking towards Portland Street on foot. No one was injured during the incident and the suspect did not receive any cash from the bank. The suspect is described as a black male, approximately 40 years of age, 6’ tall, thin build, wearing a dark coloured winter parka with a fur collar and dark sunglasses.
