At approximately 2 p.m., police responded to the area of University Avenue and South Park Street in Halifax to a report of a robbery. Two male victims, students living in the Halifax area, were assaulted by a group of teens. The victims received minor injuries that didn't require medical attention. The group stole personal items and an undisclosed amouth of cash from one of the victims. Descriptions of the suspects are limited. The group was described as being comprised of three to four white males and two females, approximately 15 to 18 years-old. One suspect was described as being heavy set and wearing a gray shirt and jeans. Another suspect was described as having a slim build, shaggy hair and wearing a green t-shirt and a black baseball cap with a purple bill. One of the females was wearing a white t-shirt and black spandex capris.
