Shortly after 10 p.m., police responded to a weapons complaint at an apartment building located in the 1-100 block of Prince Albert Road in Dartmouth. Two men were taken into custody after a shot was fired inside an apartment. The male victim received minor injuries. The parties involved in this incident are known to one another. Two men, aged 23 and 26, are currently in custody and facing criminal code charges including attempted murder, break and enter, possession of a weapon, assault with a weapon and discharging a firearm. Members of the HRP/RCMP General Investigative Section continue to investigate.
