On November 11 at 5:11 p.m., Halifax Regional Police responded to an alarm in the 6100 block of Allen Street in Halifax. Upon arrival, officers noted the rear door was kicked in and they entered and located a man inside the building. He was taken into custody without incident. A 37-year-old Halifax man will appear in Halifax Provincial Court on November 12 to face charges of break and enter and several breaches of court orders.
