At  1:17 p.m., a man was walking on the  path near the Coast Guard building off of Parker Street in Dartmouth when he was approached by three males. One of the suspects was wearing a bandana over his face and black tuque. Two of the suspects produced knives and the third had what looked like a black gun tucked in his pants. The suspects took the victim's backpack and his cell phone. The suspects then fled on foot. The victim was not injured during the incident. A 15-year-old male youth was arrested in the vicinity and taken in to police custody. The other two  suspect s are still at large and are described as white males, one  was wearing blue shorts. The incident remains under investigation. Anyone with information about this incident is asked to contact police at 490-5016.
