At 3 p.m. on January 25, 2014, a 66-year-old woman reported that she had been struck in the shoulder by the mirror of a passing vehicle in the Walmart parking lot in Dartmouth Crossing. The victim was not injured and had spoken with the driver at the time of the incident. The 47-year-old female driver of the vehicle was located today and interviewed by police. No charges will be laid in this matter and the investigation has been closed.
