Police are asking for the public's assistance in locating a Halifax man who was reported missing on December 22 by his employer after he failed to arrive for his scheduled work shifts.
Smajil Fetzic is described as white man, 56 years old, 250 lbs, with a stocky build and short brown hair. He speaks in broken English. Fetzic recently immigrated to Canada in the last two years and investigators are not aware of any known family in the city. He was last seen at his residence on December 18 in the 3600 block of Bright Street in Halifax.
There is no information to suggest that Mr. Fetzic has met with foul play, however, police are concerned for his wellbeing. Officers request that anyone with information on his whereabouts contact police at 902-490-5016.
