At 7:44 a.m. on January 30, officers were called to the 0-300 block of Rocky Lake Road in Bedford in response to an injured 33-year-old man. The investigation to this point has shown that the man was assaulted by men known to him in the Rocky Lake Road area. He sustained non-life threatening injuries and was transported to hospital where he was treated and released.
No arrests have been made in relation to this matter. Investigators remain at the scene at this time and the investigation is continuing.
