At 2 a.m. on September 23, two residents living in an apartment building in the 5000 block of Spring Garden Road were awoken by a man ringing their intercom buzzers. When both residents confronted the man outside the main entrance, the suspect produced a knife. He fled the area on foot towards Dresden Road. He is described as a white man, 5’4” with brown hair and glasses, wearing a blue long-sleeve shirt and jeans and carrying a blue backpack. No injuries occurred during the incident. The suspect has not been located and the incident remains under investigation.
