At 11 p.m. last night, a dispute took place between a 44-year-old woman and two male teens in the area of Hawthorne Street and Silver Street in Dartmouth. One of the males assaulted the female victim and the other threatened her with bear spray. Both suspects fled the area on foot but were arrested by patrol members a short time later in the area. One of the male suspects was found to have a BB gun in his possession. The victim did not require medical attention. Both youths have been charged with assault, assault with a weapon and possession of weapon. One of the suspects has been released to attend court at a later date while the other has been held to attend court this morning.
