Police are on scene at an address on Dawn Drive in Burnside after receiving a report from a citizen at 11:36 a.m. about a man being on the roof of a business possibly armed with a rifle. When officers arrived minutes later, there was no one on the roof. Employees of the business have been evacuated from the building. As of 3 p.m., Emergency Response Team members are on scene to clear the building and the compound around the building. The matter is on-going. We are taking all precautions necessary in order to determine if there is anyone armed in the area.
