At approximately 9:40 p.m. on Friday, February 13, Halifax Regional Police responded to a robbery in the 2700 block of Gottingen Street after a lone male suspect entered the store and demanded cash. He stated he had a weapon but no weapon was seen. He left on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash. The suspect is described as a black male, 5’8, thin build, in his mid-twenties and wearing a gray puffy jacket, jeans and white sneakers.
The file is currently under investigation by the General Investigation Section of the Integrated Criminal Investigation Division.
