At approximately 9:30 p.m. on Friday, May 29, a 10-year-old boy was walking toward his home on Federal Avenue in Halifax when a white or grey four-door car stopped beside him. The man driving the car asked the boy if he wanted a drive, as he would get home quicker than walking. The boy refused and ran home. The driver is described as a 50-year-old man with grey or white hair and a full beard, also grey or white.
