Monday, Aug. 24, 2015 (Halifax, NS) – The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents that Kinsmen Beach in Lower Sackville has reopened for swimming.
Tests last month showed high bacteria levels in the water, but follow-up tests show the water is once again safe for swimming, as per Health Canada guidelines.
