Tuesday, July 7, 2015 (Halifax, NS) – Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents and motorists that work will begin tomorrow (Wednesday, July 8) to extend the natural gas main on Windsor Street between Allan and Lawrence streets.
Stop and go traffic will be in place while work is underway. Motorists should expect delays between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.
The pipe installation and subsequent restoration is expected to take approximately two weeks and drivers are asked to use alternative routes whenever possible.
Heritage Gas and the municipality apologize in advance for any inconvenience this work might cause.
