Tuesday, Aug. 19, 2014 (Halifax, NS) – The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents that crews will be asphalt patching tonight, Aug. 19, near the Halifax Marriott Harbourfront Hotel, where Lower Water Street turns into Barrington Street.
This work will begin at 6 p.m. and continue until about 10 p.m. Traffic control measures will be in place while this work is going on. Motorists should expect delays and are asked to use alternative routes, if possible.
This patching work will help address potholes in the area. Crews are making good progress grinding out and repaving these problem areas, and will continue working into the fall to repair potholes throughout the region.
The municipality apologizes in advance for any inconvenience that this work may cause.
