Halifax Regional Police is investigating a vehicle/pedestrian collision that occurred this morning in Halifax.
At 5:45 a.m., a 41-year-old man walking on the sidewalk of Mayo Street in the area of Withrod Drive was hit by a vehicle backing out of a driveway. The pedestrian was knocked to the ground and the vehicle left the area. The pedestrian suffered minor injuries and later reported the incident to police.
The vehicle is described as a white sedan. Anyone with information about this incident is asked to contact police at 490-5016.
