Police are investigating a commercial Break & Enter GO#20-159729

On December 27 at 8:55 a.m., Halifax Regional Police responded to Canadian Tire located at 30 Lamont Terrace, Dartmouth. It was reported to police that between December 24 and December 25 the store was broken into while closed over the holidays.

On December 24 just after 8:30 p.m., a suspect is seen on video smashing a door to gain entry. He is described to police as being a heavier set man who was wearing gray sweat pants, black hoodie and a black ski mask. It appears the suspect may have been frightened by an audible alarm and quickly left the store. He is seen entering the store a second time, on December 25, again, just after 8:30 p.m. wearing the same ski mask, but with blue jeans and a black jacket.

During the December 25, incident there were a number of firearms and ammunition taken.
