Police have charged three men in relation to a theft from a construction site that occurred last night in Halifax.
At approximately 9 p.m. police responded to a report of a theft in progress from a construction site located on Clyde Street in Halifax. Central Division patrol officers located three men with stolen tools in the area and arrested them.
The men, ages 58, 49, and 43 all of Halifax, are facing charges of theft and possession of stolen property.
The 58-year-old man is also facing three charges of breach of court order.
