Police Investigate Indecent Act

Halifax Regional Police is investigating an indecent act that occurred yesterday afternoon in Dartmouth.

At 2:40 p.m., police responded to an indecent act in the area of St. Peter’s Cemetery at the Dartmouth Commons. This area is in close vicinity to the Bicentennial School. A witness contacted police after observing a man walking around the area with his genitals exposed. The man did not approach or speak to anyone. Officers were on scene shortly after the call but did not locate the man. The suspect is described as a white male, in his mid-forties, 5’9”, medium build, with a round face and blond hair that was slicked back. At the time of the incident, he was wearing a black jacket, grey hoodie and brown cargo pants.
