Police investigate thefts - pictures

Police are requesting the public’s assistance in identifying a woman responsible for a number of thefts from a Halifax pharmacy.

On March 4 and 6, officers responded to a report of a shoplifter at the Rockingham Ridge Pharmacy located at 30 Farnham Gate Road. On both occasions, a woman entered the store and left with a number of “Lug” purses without paying.

The suspect is described as a black woman in her fifties. At the time of both thefts she was wearing a dark jacket with fur around the hood and a black toque.
