Officers are investigating an additional indecent act that occurred last week in Halifax. The victim came forward on December 8 after seeing similar incidents reported in the news.
On December 4 at approximately 1:30 p.m., a man followed a woman walking in the area of Lucknow and Fenwick Streets. He then yelled sexual comments and grabbed his crotch over his clothing. The suspect is described as a man with a tanned complexion, 23-25 years old, over 6’ tall, very skinny, and wearing a blue jacket with white sleeves, and blue sweatpants with a white string.
Investigators are exploring whether this incident is related to the other indecent acts and sexual assault on December 4 and are asking anyone with information about this incident to call 902-490-5016.
