Police are investigating an indecent act that took place yesterday in Dartmouth.
At 11:20 a.m., a man was seen masturbating in his vehicle in the parking lot of Mic Mac Mall, near the Winners entrance, before driving away.
The suspect is described as a white man, 20-30 years of age, clean shaven with a reddish blonde crew cut. He was wearing khaki shorts and a white t-shirt at the time of the incident, and was driving a black, older model four-door sedan with a spoiler on the trunk.
