Shortly after 11 p.m. on February 20, HRP officers were dispatched to 15 Kennedy Drive in Dartmouth in relation to a man who had been shot. Police located the 35-year-old victim who had been shot in the cheek. The victim was transported to hospital. His injuries do not appear to be life threatening. At the time of this report there are no suspects in custody and it is currently being investigated by members of our General Investigation Section.
