Police have charged a youth for a break and enter that occurred in Halifax last night.
At approximately 10 p.m. police responded to a break and enter at a residence on Red Fern Terrace. The suspect kicked in the door of the residence before fleeing on foot.
Members from West Division Patrol attended and arrested a youth nearby without incident.
A 13-year-old youth is scheduled to appear in Halifax youth court at a later date to face one charge of break and enter.
