Police Searching for Stolen Hot Tub

Halifax Regional Police is requesting the public’s assistance in locating the individual(s) responsible for stealing a portable hot tub from a residence on Coburg Road in Halifax earlier this month.

Between March 8 and March 19, unidentified suspect(s) broke into the fenced backyard of a residence in the 6300 block of Coburg Road and stole a portable hot tub that was stored next to the back deck.

The hot tub is a soft tub, green in color with a blue liner, and did not contain any water at the time. Given the size, weight and location of the hot tub, officers believe several suspects were involved in the theft, and a vehicle was likely used to transport it away from the area. The hot tub cover was left also left behind. There is no description of the suspects at this time.

Anyone with information on the location of this hot tub or on the identity of the suspects involved is asked to contact police at 490-5016.
