Police seeking information in Dartmouth robbery

At 8:30 pm, Halifax Regional Police responded to a report of a robbery at the Ultramar, 220 Victoria Rd, Dartmouth. A male entered the store, produced a knife and demanded money from the  female employee. The suspect took an undisclosed amount of cash and cigarettes from the store, he then left on foot from the area. Containment was set up in the area by patrol members and HRP K9 assisted with trying to locate the suspect. No one was injured during this incident. The suspect has not been located yet. The investigation is continuing by the Integrated General Investigative Section.

Description of the suspect : A black man, wearing a light colored blue hoodie. His face was partially covered and he was carrying a black backpack.
