At 4:50 p.m., police responded to a report of a break/enter and robbery that occurred at a residence located in the 0-100 block of Kennedy Drive in Dartmouth.
The victim, a 21-year-old woman, was in her apartment when three suspects pushed their way into her home. One of the suspects threatened the victim with a knife and her wallet containing an undisclosed amount of cash was taken. Multiple police units attended the scene but the suspects had already fled. The victim was not injured during the robbery.
The preliminary investigation led officers to an address near the victims residence where an adult woman and a female youth were taken into custody. The third suspect remains at large at this time. This incident is not believed to be random.
