This morning at 1:00 a.m., a 32-year-old man called to report that he had been robbed. He stated that he had walked along Thistle Street towards Dundas Street and entered the Dartmouth Commons. Shortly after, a suspect approached him with what was believed to be a stick in his hand and demanded the victim’s wallet. The victim turned over his wallet and the suspect fled the area. The victim was not injured in the incident. He believes there have have been 2-4 other men in the area associated to the suspect but was unable to provide any further details.
The suspect is described as a white man believed to be in his 20’s, tall, thin, wearing a baseball cap, grey tank top with a logo on the front which was pulled up covering his face.
