Robbery GO#16-4355, West Division

Last night at 10:25 p.m., Halifax Regional Police responded to a report of a robbery in the 300 block of Herring Cove Road in Halifax. 

Officers learned that a 41-year-old man and 33-year-old woman had attended this location for purpose of selling articles of clothing to buyers that they had previously not known.  As the sale was taking place the woman was punched and the articles of clothing taken from her.  The suspects fled the area.  Halifax Regional Police patrol officers were assisted by a K-9 unit, however, the suspects were unable to be located at this time.  The female victim was transported to hospital by EHS paramedics for treatment of non-life threatening injuries sustained in this incident.  

The suspects are described as: 

1)    A white, 30-40-year-old man with dark hair, wearing a dark hat, white bandana and dark faded jeans. 

2)    A white woman, approx. 5’4”, thin build with dark hair in a ponytail.
