Tuesday, Oct. 18, 2016 (Halifax, NS) – The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents and motorists that Sackville Street, between Market Street and Grafton Street, will be closed to vehicular traffic for a two-week period, beginning at 7 a.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 19 through until 5 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 2.
The street closure is required to facilitate the installation of underground utilities at an adjacent development. Motorists are advised to find alternative routes during this street closure.
Please note pedestrian access and deliveries to all local businesses will be accommodated during this street closure.
The municipality regrets any inconvenience this street closure may cause.
