This morning at 12:05 a.m., officers responded to a report of a stabbing that occurred in a dwelling located in the 0-100 Block of Jackson Road in Dartmouth.
Multiple units attended the scene and upon arrival, police located a 35-year-old man suffering from multiple slash wounds to his head and back. The responding officers quickly located the crime scene and shortly thereafter three adult suspects were taken into custody – two men and a woman.
Members of the HRP Forensic Identification Section and the Integrated General Investigation Section are on scene and are actively pursuing this investigation.
The victim in this matter remains in hospital with what is believed to be not life-threatening injuries.
