Suspicious Death Ruled a Homicide

The death of a woman whose body was found in a Dartmouth apartment building on June 1 has been ruled a homicide.

At 10:15 p.m., officers responded to 117 Albro Lake Road for a report of disturbance in a common area of the apartment complex. Officers were on scene within minutes and discovered the deceased body of a 33-year-old woman in a stairwell.

An autopsy was conducted yesterday and confirmed the victim died as a result of injuries sustained from having been stabbed. The victim has been identified as 33-year-old Tara Lynn Park of Dartmouth.
