On August 16, at 9:50 p.m. – Halifax Regional Police responded to 11 Armshore Drive in Halifax to assist Halifax Regional Fire and Emergency at a house fire. Upon arrival officers located a three story duplex that was under construction, one side of the duplex was on fire. Police assisted in containing the area and notifying residents of the danger. No one was injured during this incident.
The cause of the fire is unknown at this time and the matter remains under investigation by the General Investigation Section and fire officials.
