Investigators from the Halifax Regional Police/RCMP Integrated General Investigation Unit have charged three youths in connection with an arson last month in Dartmouth.
At 5:15 p.m. on February 25, Halifax Regional Police responded to a report of a fire at the Dartmouth Ferry Terminal Park. Halifax Regional Fire and Emergency extinguished the fire, which was restricted to a wooden playground boat. Fire officials determined that the fire had been deliberately set and the matter was turned over to police for investigation.
Over the course of the last three days, three male youths, one aged 16 and two aged 15, were arrested and charged with arson in connection with this incident. The
