On Saturday August 16, beginning at 1 p.m., police will be assisting with traffic control for the Highway of Heroes annual motorcycle ride.
There will be temporary, rolling closures at intersections and on-ramps along the route. There will be no full street closures.
The ride will begin at the intersection of Bonaventure Street and Main Road in Shearwater and continue onto Highway 111, then onto Highway 118, and northbound to Highway 102. The ride will finish in Truro.
Traffic delays are expected.
